@rammaharaj2000 Hi there! I started with my older children when they displayed interest in learning. For both of them that was when they were 3.5+. Until then we just played and did housework. I really like the Waldorf style of preschool for just this reason – all pretend play and home based activities. When they showed interest in reading we started doing phonics, jus this past summer for my 4 year old. He’s not reading well yet, and I won’t start him on other academics until he is. Best!

Hello. My son just turned 3 last month and I am really considering doing homeschooling for him. My husband and I are stay at home parents that have our own business that is unfortunately very demanding. But I think it is important to get him on track. At what age did you start teaching your kids? And where should I start? Right now I don’t have any set schedule for him either. I try to teach him from here and there but I really need a mentor on this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
